Payment is expected when work is completed. If you are the person who ordered the repair service and do not plan on being there , please make payment arrangements with us or your tenants  before work is started.

A deposit of 40% is

required for all special

ONE PIECE OR FLIP OUT 

We do not repair one piece or flip out garage doors .

These doors were installed on some homes from the 60's to the 80's .

If you have one of these doors .We can only  replace with a rolling sectional door which is standard on all new residential homes .

An onsite estimate will be required for an exact replacement cost as some of these older doors have only a few inches of headroom.

WOOD DOORS .

If you have an old wood door that has rot , warping or the joints are coming unglued .

We will not repair it as we can not warranty  the repair .

An onsite estimate will be required for an exact replacement cost.

Metal garage doors are recycled free of charge.

Wood doors are $100 for removal and disposal  .
